Carnation Festival Rescheduled for TONIGHT!

Wheat Ridge Annual Festival
For the first time in 39 years the Carnation Festival & Parade were rained out this past weekend. But don’t despair the best of the Festival is on for tonight, Monday, August 18th at Anderson Park, 44th & Field in Wheat Ridge.

Events will run from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. and include a performance by the Nacho Men, Spaghetti Dinner, Art Show and of course, FIREWORKS!

4 - 5:00 pm- 17th Avenue All-stars

5:15 - 6:30- Gretchen Troop Band

6:45 - 8:15- Windjammer Jazz Orchestra

A 15 minute set by A Step Above Dancers

8:30 - 10:00- Nacho Men

Show Wagon 
4:00 - 5:15 pm- OTC Varmitz

5:30 - 6:45- ClamDaddys

6:45-7:30 pm -Eating Contests (may only be 1/2  hour because of setup for next band)

7:30- 8:45- Canyon Station Band

9:00- 10:00- Nines A Pair

Folk Arts Stage
4:30-6:00 pm- Accordionist-RonTommocik "international music for listening and dancing"

6:30-9:00 pm- Highline Cornet Band  "brass band music from the late 1800's"

FIREWORKS CRESENDO after the last performances.
